During this private boat cruise with buffet dinner, the atmosphere is informal and there is something to enjoy for everyone. Surprise your guests with a buffet cruise on a beautiful river launch or a sturdy sloop. Different boats are availabile to suit your wishes and group size. All buffets are of excellent quality, using organic, local ingredients as much as possible. The buffet cruise can be reserved in both summer and winter.
Luxurious boat or sloop
Whether you opt for a classic river launch or modern sloop: all boats have been beautifully restored and luxuriously finished. All boats have a toilet and the river launches also have heating and a full bar. The electric motor is silent, stenchless and environmentally friendly. The boat is reserved exclusively for your group; there will be no others on board. When the weather is nice, the sides of the boat can be opened and on sloops the transparent hood can be removed in whole or in part, to enjoy the best views of beautiful Amsterdam.
Start- and end location
The boat trip can start at any public dock in the city center. Boarding outside the center is also possible; in that case, additional costs will be charged depending on the time it takes the boat and the skipper to go there. We are happy to advise you about the nearest jetty if you let us know your location.
Buffetstyle dinner
During a buffet, guests choose from the various dishes and then eat at the table. The atmosphere is informal, there is movement and people have the opportunity to talk to with many others. The choice is yours: do you go for an Italian, Mediterranean or Tapas buffet or would you prefer a Typical Dutch or Indonesian buffet? Allergies and/or dietary requirements can be taken into account, provided that you indicate in advance so that the caterer can prepare a suitable alternative. A buffet can be ready upon boarding but can also be picked up during the cruise; this depends on the buffet choice and the boarding location.
Costs of a buffet cruise
The price depends on the group size, the available boat and the buffet choice. For large groups, the price per person is lower than for smaller groups because we can share the fixed costs (boat rental, skipper, service) by more people.
